Harry, thanks again for reading my stuff. It's a long one and these can get boring after 1200 words or so. It' s part of a series I put together on ethics in business that I'll be sharing over the next few weeks.

Also, you're right. Ethical leadership is not very common. After all, capitalist systems require us to forgo our humanity in order to turn a buck. Ok, individuals might say, no, I would never do that. But where the corporate imperative takes over minds of people, those people numb themselves to the impact of their collective actions. "I was only doing my job" is a common response when hands get caught in jars.
